What do I use?
I often hear people ask, 'Which are your top sellers?' or 'Which are the most popular?' about soap and other products. I'm not really sure what makes one product popular over another, or one fragrance over another; maybe word just gets out that one person liked it and people aren't ready to take a leap and try something different from that.
There's not a lot that I make that I don't love. In fact, really only the unfragranced products are less likely to make my top favs list, and that's just because smells are so important to me! That being said, having tried hundreds of soaps and lotions, skin conditioners and lip balms, I definitely have found what I like. No one asked what I like, but I'm going to tell you anyway. :) So, coming from a person who has tried it all, and can have/ make anything she desires, here's what I love:
For my face, a Sandalwood Vanilla Spa Stick and a small sea sponge. This combo has been amazing for me! Whenever I've ventured away from it to try something new, I regret it and come back to my Spa Stick.
In the shower, I love Sweet Dreams for washing and 1616 for shaving (the creamy glide of the castile soap is perfect for me!). I also use my sugar scrub (or 'exfoliating shower lotion' as I think it should be called) several times a week.
For skin hydration, I will swear by whipped shea butter (my fav fragrance is Pink Sugar Wafer). I always use it after my showers and between that and the sugar scrub, I rarely have that 'post shower itch'. (I also discovered (kind of by accident) that it is my most favorite facial moisturizer EVER. I use about a nail-head amount, melt it into my hands and smooth over my face after I wash. )
Though my lips really don't ever get too dry/ chapped, I love putting on lip balm because it smells so good, and I like to feel pretty ;). Coconut is my favorite lip balm, with Honey in close second. ;)
So, there you have it. No one asked my opinion, but you got an earful anyway. ;) Everyone's skin is different-- your mileage may vary. ;)

Now you really need to stop this... I have such a big wish/to try list! I love everything I have tried so far. But my favorite is the whipped shea butter-Pink Sugar Wafer! I usually use Bath and Body, but it is water in comparision to this stuff. Also, I LOVE the coconut lip balm sample! I use carmex all the time, but the Tvala one is so much more feminine and smells delicious! I also LOVE the bar soaps... I was using liquid hand soap and body wash, but once I tried the soaps and read about all the benefits I was hooked... now it is a chore to use up the bottles I have! SO... when is the next sale??!

I feel the same way, I had stocked up with tons of Bath and Body Works products and now I can't wait till that inferior stuff is all gone! I absolutely love Tvala products!

Joanna, I got my soap stamp from Kangaroo Blue. I've gotten 3 different ones from them and have been very satisfied with the quality and performance of their stamps. I do a big water discount usually and stamp right after cutting.
I do have samples of many of my products, and usually send a soap sample with every order. I did send you a Spa Stick a while back, but I noticed on your blog around that same time that you mentioned a surplus of samples around your place and that they may have ended up lost in the jumble! :)
